New Life Disaster Relief (NLDR) was started by Ken and Dawn Wetzel, who survived Hurricane Katrina on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. They chose to remain in the area to help rebuild, founding NLDR. Every week, different teams of volunteers come in to assist in the rebuilding effort throughout the Gulf Coast.
The ministry has evolved to include responding to disasters, assisting in rebuilding, and distributing donations to the community. For more information on how you can become involved in these areas, contact us by email or phone. We look forward to hearing from you!

​Join us for a relief trip or create your own; we'll help! We offer lodging, meals, tools, and many projects! Contact us to schedule your mission trip, group retreat, summer camp, or volunteer project.

DONATIONS NEEDED!! Your donations are used to buy necessary supplies, as we do God's work, helping those who have suffered losses, as well as those in need of spiritual uplifting. Funding also helps us provide food, lodging, and other essentials for volunteers joining us in disaster recovery, and rebuilding.
